Dude!!! The main heater hose failed on our Sable too! No one had one, not one Duratec engine at 3 local junk yards. Finally found a Ford dealer with one... for $204! Good times.

Yeah, it took me a damn while to find the stupid part , too.
I don’t understand how the cooling system is so damn crusty on this car. I’ve had cars decades older with higher miles that weren’t anywhere near this bad
